Exercise, exercise, exercise. Are you sick of hearing about it yet? But it’s an underrated remedy, and I don’t think I need to convince you of the benefits of exercising.
From physical to mental health benefits, the list can go on forever. Once you start the habit of walking 20 minutes a day, twice a day, it will begin to feel natural. Even enjoyable. Getting started is always the hardest part, and I hear you. That goes for any activity, from coding to cooking. The more you do it, the better you get. So don’t give up!
Let’s think about what’s stopping you? What in particular is preventing you from going outside to take a walk, or doing 10 squats at home? It can be an injury, lack of motivation, or maybe you’re unsure of where to start. The internet provides a lot of resources, but it can also be misleading. To help guide you, here are some awesome fitness accounts to kickstart your fitness journey.
